If you are looking for a team to join, you may take one of two actions: 1. Submit your name and pertinent details to North Alabama FUTSAL’s Player Pool for sharing with existing teams and newly forming teams who may be looking for additional players for an upcoming season/session. Pertinent details are: Gender, Date of Birth, Phone # and email address, Experience, Parent/Guardian (for youth) Please download and fill out the following form: Then send it to North Alabama FUTSAL by one of the following methods: 1. Email your completed Player Registration Info form to the registrar. 2. Take your completed Player Registration Info form to the preseason team captains/managers meeting or to one of the in-person registration events listed on the Calendar page. 3. Register online, which replaces the use of the Player Registration Info spreadsheet and manual submittal. Note that this option adds your name and information to an online list for others to view. 2. Sign up to play on the “House” team, affectionately called Hazardous Personnel. This is currently for adult players only - no youth. Signing up involves sending your name and pertinent details along with $64.00 (plus $10 if not registered with USFF) to North Alabama FUTSAL. Pertinent details are the same as above. Players who do not already have a Hazardous Personnel t-shirt may get one for $10. The shirts contain the Hazardous Personnel and North Alabama FUTSAL logos on them. Please download and fill out the following form: Then send it and the fee to North Alabama FUTSAL by one of the following methods: 1. Take your completed Player Registration Info form and cash, check, money order, debit or credit card to the preseason team captains/managers meeting or to one of the in-person registration events listed on the Calendar page. 2. Register online, which replaces the use of the Player Registration Info spreadsheet but accepts payment by debit, credit and gift cards only.
