EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES per Season:

 

Scoreboard rental: $125

 

Goals rental: $100 (PVC) or $195 (PEVO)

 

Balls rental: $40 (4 balls)

 

Court marking tape: $50 to mark entire court.

To register a team to play in the next futsal season, winter or summer, four distinct actions need to be completed:

I. Sign up with North Alabama FUTSAL / Pay Team Fee

II. Signup with U.S. Futsal Federation / List all players

III. Pay annual player registration fees

IV. Notify North Alabama FUTSAL in order to have your official team roster and player passes printed

And complete these actions in the Early Bird Special period to get a 20% discount on your team fee.

 

Detailed Instructions:

I. Sign up with North Alabama FUTSAL , i.e. provide team information and pay team fee.

 

STEP 1: Each team provides their Team Name, Player Age, and Team Point of Contact. Please download and fill out the following form:

STEP 2: Each team pays a team registration fee to N. A. FUTSAL based on player age and team provided facility/equipment for each 8-game session. There are two options:

* Option 1: Bring Your Own Court (BYOC) and North Alabama FUTSAL provides all of the rest. If a team has their own futsal court, scoreboard, futsal goals and futsal balls to use for all of their home games†, the team cost is that shown in the following table:

  † If futsal court lines, scoreboard, futsal goals or futsal balls cannot be provided by the team, these items may be rented from North Alabama FUTSAL. See Equipment Rental Rates sidebar. Note that North Alabama FUTSAL will be the final judge on whether or not a court is usable for playing futsal, from both standards and safety perspectives.

  *  Less 20% for completing all four actions early. See Calendar page for Early Bird Special deadline.

 ** The Performance Bond may be refunded post season, if not used.

*** Player passes are separate: $9 per youth player. $20 per adult player.

 

* Option 2: North Alabama FUTSAL provides everything†. If a team does not have their own futsal court for all of their home games, the team cost is that shown in the following table:

  † Almost everything. Players provide their own uniform, shinguards and shoes.

  *  Less 20% for completing all four actions early. See Calendar page for Early Bird Special deadline.

 ** The Performance Bond may be refunded post season, if not used.

*** Player passes are separate: $9 per youth player. $20 per adult player.

 

STEP 3: Submit team information and team payment to North Alabama FUTSAL.  There are three methods to do this:

* Method 1: Take your completed Team Registration Info form and cash, check, money order, debit or credit card to the preseason team captains/managers meeting or to one of the in-person registration events listed on the Calendar page.

* Method 2: Mail your completed Team Registration Info form and a check or money order payable to North Alabama FUTSAL to North Alabama FUTSAL, P. O. Box 6882, Huntsville, AL 35813

* Method 3: Register online, which replaces the use of the Team Registration Info form. Prior to the preseason team captains/managers meeting or, at least, before the Team Fee Payment Deadline listed on the Calendar page, register online using the link below, which accepts payment by debit, credit and gift cards only.

NOTE: This method only accepts the Option 2  Deposits listed above. Balances must be remitted to North Alabama FUTSAL via one of the other methods described here under Action I or via PayPal to treasurer[at]nafutsal.org. Any other method must be approved in advance.

Regardless of method, the initial Team Cost is a Deposit, about half of the Total Team Fee, shown in the tables above. The applicable Balance plus the individual players’ registration fees (see Action III) are due by the final team registration fees payment deadline, usually about 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. If there are not enough teams in your age group to form a division, divisions may be combined or your money will be refunded.

 

II. Sign up with U.S. Futsal Federation, i.e. register a coach, create a team and provide all player information to USFF.

 

Teams build their team roster in the USFF registration system. Go to www.futsal.com/registration and follow their three steps: (1) register as a coach (pay small annual fee of $20), (2) add your team name, and (3) add players to your team.

                 IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an additional $10 fee per player for North Alabama FUTSAL to add players to your team.

 

III. Pay annual player registration fees. There are 2 ways to do this:

 

* 1st Way (Preferred): Pay online with a credit card, etc. in the USFF registration system on the Team Main Page using the Make Payment button that looks the button below.

NOTE: Payments to USFF are non-refundable.

* 2nd Way: Pay North Alabama FUTSAL who will in turn pay online in the USFF registration system. Paying this way will cost $1.00 more per player.

 

IV. Notify North Alabama FUTSAL in order to have your official team roster and player passes printed.

 

Send an email to registrar[at]nafutsal.org saying you have completed registering a team and include the team name.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you fail to notify North Alabama FUTSAL, you may lose your eligibility for the Early Bird Special 20% discount on the team fee.
